NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF WILLERNIE
There will be a public hearing on February 21, 2024, at 7:10pm to consider adoption of proposed revisions in Ordinance 1500, Section 1500.01 through 1500.11 titled Regulations of Utility.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the City Clerk for those interested in reviewing the proposed ordinance prior to the hearing.
All interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing.

There will be a public hearing to review the request of Oevering Homes, owner of 111 Clyde Place concerning the construction of a deck not adhering to city guidelines.
The variance hearing will take place on February 21, 2024 at the Willernie City Hall, 111 Wildwood Road, Willernie, MN at 7:20 p.m. You may attend in person or via Zoom. Zoom information is on the Willernie website – Willernie.org.
Property description is Lot 9 Block 13, Wildwood Manor.
